Marillac St. Vincent depends on volunteers to work alongside the children, families, and individuals we serve to achieve their goals and build strong communities. Join us! We have many exciting opportunities for every expertise and skillset. Volunteer opportunities are listed below our volunteer application form below. To get started please complete the volunteer application below as all MSV volunteers are required to submit. Please note that all volunteers under the age of 16 need to be accompanied by an adult. Some volunteer opportunities are only for adults, 18 or older, and may require a background check.

Food Drive for Our Pantries
At MSV we recognize food insecurity exists in the communities we serve. We strive to offer a Client Choice food pantry, which empowers adults and families to select the food that best meets their needs. Common drive items are canned and jarred food or boxed and bagged food. A complete list can be provided.

Help trim St. Vincent de Paul Center Christmas trees and decorate the Center for Christmas.

Deliver Groceries to Home Bound Seniors
An ongoing opportunity to deliver groceries to home bound seniors. Duties include: packing grocery bags, loading a vehicle, and either driving or riding along with another person to pre-assigned homes delivering groceries. Background check required.

Help make Christmas merry for hundreds of families by volunteering at the annual MSV Christmas Store. A variety of opportunities are available including toy sorting, helping parents pick out presents, and gift wrapping.

The Willie Morris 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament
Children ages 8-14 years old compete in a basketball tournament in the parking lot outside of MSV's Foglia Family & Youth Center. All participants receive a t-shirt and ribbon or medal for playing. Volunteers are used as referees, score keepers, and lunch servers.
