We are looking for a dynamic, knowledgeable, and passionate Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is integral to developing and delivering innovative digital and traditional marketing strategies designed to increase awareness, engage stakeholders, and support MSV’s mission. 

We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to develop and lead engaging, educational activities for school-age children during before and after school hours. This role will design age-appropriate lesson plans, ensure a safe and positive environment, and promote each child’s social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. Ideal candidates are passionate about working with children, skilled in creating meaningful learning experiences, and committed to fostering a nurturing, supportive atmosphere.

This position works with Lead and Assistant Teachers to support child development, maintain a positive classroom, and engage families. Key responsibilities include managing educational records, facilitating team meetings as needed, and completing required reports. This role assesses each child’s growth, develops individualized learning plans, and implements activities that foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. They ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment, coordinate parent-teacher conferences, and encourage family involvement and at-home learning.
