Marillac St. Vincent’s Chief Operating Officer, Maureen Hallagan, was recently appointed to the Illinois Department of Human Services’ (IDHS) Child Care Advisory Council! Congratulations Maureen!
The IDHS Child Care Advisory Council is a group of invited stakeholders formed to advise the department by providing input on specific issues related to child care. This input will be used to assist in decision making around the administration of the Child Care Program.
Maureen has been a leader at MSV for over 30 years. This appointment to the Child Care Advisory Council is a testament to Maureen’s dedication to the children of MSV and the well-being of children everywhere.
Illinois created IDHS in 1997, to provide our state's residents with streamlined access to integrated services, especially those who are striving to move from welfare to work and economic independence, and others who face multiple challenges to self-sufficiency. IDHS is proud of its diversity, efficiency, and the services that the agency and its community partners provide to Illinois citizens.
