National Volunteer Month is about inspiring, recognizing and encouraging people to seek out imaginative ways to engage in their communities. It’s about demonstrating that by working together, we have the fortitude to meet our challenges and accomplish our goals. It is the perfect opportunity to seize the moment and share the spotlight that volunteers deservedly.
This year, Marillac St. Vincent Family Services honored the commitment and dedication of our volunteers with a recognition ceremony at each site. Volunteers had the opportunity to interact with our volunteers, enjoy delicious treats, and receive award certificates honoring their hard work. We also posted the names of volunteers who have served throughout the past year, as well as highlighted some of our long-time volunteers.
We are so thankful for the commitment and dedication our volunteers show to our mission. They help us to continue to strengthen and empower those most in need to reach their greatest potential.
