Francine Soliunas
B.S., J.D., Chief Mission Officer
Francine joins MSV after a long history of service throughout her professional career. Most recently, she served in higher education where, in addition to being on the University President’s Diversity Council, she designed, implemented and managed mission focused programs for students. For more than 40 years, she has studied and embraced Vincentian spirituality, witnessing and recognizing its effectiveness in service to the poor. She has been on the Boards of numerous not-for-profit organizations, including St. Thomas Seminary and Leadership Greater Chicago. In addition, she offers a wealth of both legal and practical knowledge and experience in the areas of human, employment and labor relations. She has a BS in Mathematics and a JD, specializing in labor and employment law.
